Jodine

Grutzmacher

Manager / Owner

Jodine passion for early years started right back when she was a child as she always knew she wanted to run a nursery.

As a Manager, Jodine wants to make a positive impact and differences to a child's foundation, so they are able to be happy, successful, content adult later on in this journey called life.  Being able to support a child to regulate their emotions, can help build strengths in all areas of their development.  This given with lots of praise and encouragement will help them succeed in anything they put their minds to.

She feels with over 25 years experience in childcare she is able to do this with her team.

To help settle your child and to create a secure foundation for your child’s social and educational development, also a safeguarding and welfare requirement, we will appoint a member of staff who will be known as a ‘key person’.

The nursery will inform parents and/or carers of the name of the key person and explain their role when your child starts attending the nursery. The key person will ensure that your child’s learning and care is tailored to meet their individual needs. You as a parent and/or carer can speak to this key person anytime regarding any concerns you may have at home or support in guiding your child development at home.

If there is a more specialist support required, the key person along side the room leader will help engage to find the correct support.

A daily email will be issued and any response is welcome so parents and/or carers can comment or provide information about their child’s interest weekly.
